Our Borough prides itself as ‘A Place of Opportunity’. We are host to over 4,500 businesses, including the Global HQ of iconic companies such as Triumph Motors and the European Hub for key logistics companies such as DPD. We work closely with Mira Technology Park, Europe’s leading Automotive Research & Development cluster which is situated along the A5 corridor in the borough. The flagship Mira Technology Institute sits proudly on the park and is run by the local FE college in partnership with a number of universities including Leicester and Loughborough. This plays host to a wide range of local employment and skills initiatives and programmes facilitated by the Hinckley & Bosworth Employment & Skills Partnership.
Come and hear about the pro-active work taking place on inward investment in Hinckley and Bosworth along with the groundbreaking work of the local Employment & Skills Partnership – comprising businesses representing the key commercial sectors that underpin the local economy as well as local schools, colleges, national, regional and local agencies.
