Holly Wilson | City of Doncaster Council

Holly has been the Head of Procurement at the City of Doncaster Council since 2017 with a responsibility of c. £400m Council and c.£40m St Leger Homes spend. Holly heads up the Procurement Team at the Council and delivers Procurement Services on behalf of St Leger Homes.

Holly returned to her home city of Doncaster after working for ten years as the Value for Money & Procurement Manager in a Housing Association based in North Lincolnshire.

After obtaining a degree in Marketing, Retailing & Distribution at the University of Huddersfield, Holly started her career in the NHS, working for the two Doncaster NHS Trusts in various procurement and contract management roles.

Holly promotes and delivers best practice procurement and contract management to benefit the citizens and businesses of Doncaster, working to promote local spend and social value. Having worked in various public sectors; health, housing and local government, Holly is motivated to ensure that the public sector delivers best value and truly enhances the place. Holly is part of a regional procurement network with other Local Authorities that take a collaborative approach to common ambitions.
