We will also hear from James Arnold, Strategic Director of Place at North West Leicestershire District Council, who will discuss how the area has benefited from excellent road, air, and rail connectivity, and how this has driven regeneration and investment. James will also share the District's approach in seeking to balance growth with securing benefit for local communities and delivering quality new development.
